AUTC AGM

Just a heads up that we'll be holding our Annual General Meeting (AGM) next month (19/10/2023).

This  is a great opportunity to have a say in who runs our club next year, or  to get involved yourself (while eating loads of pizza)! There are a  whole bunch of roles with varying levels of commitment, so we'd love to  see you put your name forward if there’s a role which might fit  you/someone you know!

(Failing that, we will be shouting pizza, so if you show up just for that we'll be happy ;P)

The agenda for the AGM is:

1. Election of chairperson
2. Captains talk
3. Financial report
4. Discuss and vote on amended constitution*
5. Election of 2024 committee members
6. General business

*we have updated the language of our constitution and some of the financial reporting terms. More information to come soon.

Blood will then be drawn with the sacrificial knife at the end of the meeting :)

Please  fill out the form (linked below) with the committee roles you are  interested in for 2024, and/or the roles you would like to nominate  someone else for. Fill out a new form for each person, and if you are  nominating someone else, please let them know you are nominating them.  Please note that for executive committee positions, you must be a  current student at UoA. Elections will take place at the AGM on Thursday  the 19th of October at 6 pm (venue TBC)
