Reporting
Any complaints and incidents involving (but not limited to) health and safety, behaviour, gear, facilities, the environment, or breaches of the Code of Conduct, must be reported. The more the committee knows about what happens on trips and events, the more they can do to improve safety for club members.
All safety incidents and near-misses should be reported here.
All equity incidents, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or discrimination should be reported here.
If unsure of which form to use, pick the one that you feel fits best, and our safety/equity teams will forward it on to the respective team if necessary.
Finally, if you have a suggestion for how the club could be more equitable, feel free to suggest it through this form, which will be directed to the equity team.
