Manages the clubs non-financial paperwork, organising committee meetings and taking minutes. Also, deals with correspondence and organises grants from AUSA.

Monitors trip intentions and provides safety advice.

Organise and facilitate social events within the club, as well as the bi-annual O-camps

Manages the club’s website and handles IT issues

Writes monthly club newsletters, collects trip reports and organises the annual Footprints magazine

Organises a trips launch each semester, and ensures that trips are being run regularly within the club.

Manages past members’ contact details, and maintains club records.

Manages a team of baiters and trappers & our bait lines for Ark in the Park, promotes environmental practices within the club
