Track update: Closure of the Pouakai circuit

Hello everyone,

Pouakai Circuit is closed until further notice. The swing bridge on the Kaiauai Track section has been washed out.

Trampers can still walk from North Egmont via Holly Hut to Pouakai Hut but must return the same way or exit via the Mangorei Track and arrange transport.

So, please be aware of that if you are heading to that area. :)

Thanks

Cheers,
Charis
