Club Lunches

Hey all, we were chatting at quad lunch the other day, and came to the conclusion that it is amazing fun, but a little limited in terms of the number of people who can be involved, due to timetable constraints.
Sooooo, I'd like to get a bit of feedback if I could about what you guys think would work better. Lunch on two different days a week? Alternating days from week to week? For a longer period of time?
I'd be interested to hear any thoughts. :-)
